Kolbulle-a beloved classic. Kolbulle is a kind of thick pancake with diced, rimmed or smoked pork in it. Kolbullar is an old Nordic dish that was cooked in the simplest possible way directly in the frying pan. It was common among loggers, colliers, miners, rafters and other manual laborers who lived in primitive conditions, often in huts.
